Do you need order approval?

Order approval allows you to select one or many approvers who can approve or reject orders. Any number of approvers and their order of approval can be selected for each order created.

Process Overview

1. A user must be signed into KimballMidwest.com and they can then add products to their cart.

2. Once they are ready to place the order, the user selects the approver(s), the order of approval and submits the order.

3. Approvers are automatically notified via email with instructions when they are next in line. Orders can be approved or rejected by any one of the approvers.
