  • Thin wall inserts are ideal where insert size and weight are an issue.
  • Requires less material removal in drilling than heavier wall inserts.
  • All the advantages of our heavy wall inserts in a smaller diameter design.
  • Provides high installed strength and reliability.
  • Will not back out or vibrate loose.
  • Can be used with all grades of fasteners including Grade 8.
  • Microencapsulated Loctite begins to set immediately on installation, newly installed inserts can be fastened to within minutes.
  • Installs with standard drills and taps - no special tools are required.
  • Seals threads against liquids and gases to 6,000 P.S.I.
  • May be removed with standard bolt extractors.
  • Full rated performance up to 300°F.
