Installation

• Drill hole to size specified for insert.
• Thread a hex nut half way onta a cap screw the same size as the internal threads of the insert.
• Thread the insert onto the cap screw until the end of the cap screw is just above the cutting holes; seat the nut firmly against the top of the insert.
• Put the end of the insert in the drilled hole and hold perpendiuclar. Using a wrench on the nut, turn smoothly while pressing firmly downward until the insert is flush with the surface of the base material.
• Back the cap screw out of the insert and installation is complete
