Product Details

  • EXTREMELY TOUGH SCREWS - Extremely strong and almost impossible to break during installation in tough applications.
  • EXCLUSIVE HEAT TREATMENT - Unique case hardening process produces exceptional torquing strength while retaining flexibility and breakage resistance.
  • UNDER-HEAD DESIGN - Patented under head with saw-blade like cutting teeth and six self-contained cutting pockets act similar to a circular saw-blade transporting drill dust away from the edge of the screw hole while cutting a perfectly clean hold into even the most brittle material without cracking any surface treatment.
  • CEE THREAD DESIGN - Widens a hole beyond the width of the fasteners unthreaded shank, thereby allowing for easy setting of materials and reduces the friction on the screw shank.
  • SELF-STARTING ZIP-TIP - Provides instant hole starts and allows precision placement and accuracy. Easily drives into the toughest materials without pre-drilling.
  • W-CUT THREAD DESIGN - Acts like a saw blade, easily cutting its way through any material while reducing torque.
  • SELF-COUNTERSINKING - Under head design eliminates the need for countersinking and leaves a clean, flush screw head.
  • TORX DRIVE - Virtually eliminates slippage. (Use with standard torx drive bits or extra tough and long lasting Power-Thread II torx bits.)
  • GOLD CLIMATEK® COATING - ACQ APPROVED and conforms with ICC Reports ESR-2442 and ESR-3201 including AC257 for corrosion resistance. Climatek® is a leading name in corrosion protection.
  • UNIVERSAL APPLICATIONS - Wood, particle board, plastics, sheet metal, cement fiber board, composite decking, wood decking, melamine and more.
