Bearing Packer

• INSTRUCTIONS:
  1) Load the bearing packer using the grease fitting attached to the top of the piston, or manually load using bulk grease. Be sure to leave room at the top for the piston and to allow the dust cover to be attached for storage.
  2) Place the bearing, with the taper side down, over the stem of the piston. Place the piston cap onto the piston.
  3) Press down on the cap until the new grease shows on the top of the bearing and all of the old grease has been forced out.

NOTE: Always store with the dust cover in place when not in use. The bearing packer can be compressed in a vise if very heavy grease is used.
