Produces leak-proof professional quality custom air assemblies quickly, easily and economically. For use with Industrial Grade Air Hose.
Compeletely self-contained, this durable high strength tool contains five hardened steel dies for crimping hoses up to 3/8" I.D. Crimps 1/4" 1 braid to 3/8" 2 braid hose. One handed operation supplies tremendous leverage due to the cam action ram. May be mounted or used as a portable tool.
Instructions:
- Select the ferrule that matches O.D. of the hose. Insert ferrule over hose until fully seated.
- Insert correct size barb hose end or mender. If barb hose end or mender will not insert completely into hose, return to step 1. Use a ferrule one size larger than the hose O.D.
- Crimp ferrule using the correct die listed in the brass ferrule table.
