1/4" Body - Body size defines the air handling capacity. 1/4" is the most common size found in shop/automotive use. A 1/4" body will handle air volumes of up to approximately 40 SCFM (Standard Cubic Feet per Minute) and will connect and disconnect under normal air line pressure.
