Product Details

  • UNIQUE BALL & SOCKET DESIGN - Fully adjustable in position and length.
  • BENDABLE - Will not decrease the inside diameter while being bent and will not kink or fatigue.
  • ELECTRICALLY NON CONDUCTIVE - Ideal for use as an EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) flushing hose.
  • NON RESTRICTIVE FLOW - No internal positioning rods that can break.
  • WILL STAY IN POSITION - Repeated positioning is easy and hoses stay in place without any spring back.
  • VARIABLE FLOW:
    1/4” Hose allows 30-50 P.S.I. and 250 GAL/ Hour
    1/2” Hose allows 20-30 P.S.I. and 478 GAL/ Hour
    Maximum pressures for the hose Systems vary with the length of the hose, the diameter of the selected hose, and the bending angles.
  • TEMPERATURE RANGE - Maximum operating temperature 170°F.
  • CHEMICAL RESISTANT - Premium grade acetyl copolymer resists petroleum products, coolants and most common chemicals.
  • INFINITE COMBINATIONS:
    Y Fittings - Multiple nozzles can be attached to one supply line.
    Valves - Regulate coolant or air flow to work area. 1/4 turn of handle opens or closes valve. Lightweight and compact for in-line use.
    Flare Nozzles - Spread coolant or air over a wide areas without restricting the flow volume.
    Elbow Fittings - Attaches directly to NPT fittings where tight turns are needed. Allow 90° hose turns.
    In-Line Valve Checks - Maintains fluid in the hose for next cutting application, thus reducing dry cutting. Helps eliminates fluid dripping.
    Spray Nozzles - Adjustable spray head features 40° range of motion over flared base. Evenly spaced holes for even distribution of liquids or air.
