- WIDE RANGE BONDING - Ideal for structural and cosmetic repairs on most plastics including polypropylene, polyurethane and thermoplastic blends, Metton®, SMC (sheet molded composites), fiberglass, e-coat, primed or painted metals.
- FAST CURE - 3-5 minute work time allows for quick repairs, reducing downtime.
- SUPERIOR STRENGTH - Urethane chemistry is engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications for plastic bonding, sealing and in-plant repairs.
- VERSATILE - Can be used to repair bumpers, bumper tabs, emblems, trim, interior and exterior plastic. It can also be used for cosmetic repairs and structural repairs such as radiator support tabs.
- EASY TO USE
1) Insert the two-component cartridge into the gun [80-1718 or 80-1092] and remove the sealing cap.
2) Level the cartridge by dispensing a small amount of product until both parts dispense equally.
3) Install the 1.7 Fl Oz. mixing tip [80-1715] by placing it over the outlets and rotating to lock. Install the 10.1 Fl Oz. mixing tip [80-1716] by placing it over the outlet and securing it in place with the lock nut.
4) Balance the cartridge by dispensing the sealer until the color is uniform and consistent and apply as needed.|
For increased adhesion, apply one light coat of surface modifier [80-1713] and allow to dry for 10-15 minutes. Reinforce the repair (if needed) with mesh tape and plastic film [83-4102]. Dispense the adhesive to the desired thickness and shape.
NOTE: A new mixing tip is required if the adhesive cures between uses.
