HEAVY-DUTY VINYL LOCKOUT TAGS - Produced from durable, water resistant vinyl. Withstands harsh indoor and outdoor environments including moisture, grease, and extreme temperatures. All vinyl tag dimensions are 3 1/8" x 6 1/4".
TEAR-PROOF METAL EYELETS - 3/8" metal eyelets reinforce tag holes and resist accidental removal & extended wear.
OSHA COMPLIANT -Compliant with OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.147 for 50 lb. pull strength.
DOUBLE SIDED LOCK-OUT TAGS*- Each lock-out tag is double sided and can be attached with cable ties for easy viewing and removal.
