- ULTRA-MAX ABRASIVE - Zirconia abrasive grain with added grinding aid provides higher performance on stainless steel and other tough-to-grind materials.
- GRINDS & FINISHES SIMULTANEOUSLY - Use flap discs for both grinding and finishing at the same time. No switching from type 27 grinding discs to resin fiber discs then back again. The cushioning effect of the flaps provides a high removal rate with the fine finish of resin fiber discs.
- STANDARD DENSITY DISCS - Provide fast, aggressive grinding.
- HIGH DENSITY DISCS - Provide long service life, high stock removal, fine finishing and conform to irregular or curved surfaces.
- FIBERGLASS BACKING - Offers lighter weight, more aggressive stock removal, reduced work surface marring and lower cost than aluminum-backed flap discs.
- CONSISTENT FINISH - Thick layers of zirconia cloth are angled to suit the natural working angle of a grinder and are conformable so more abrasive contacts the work surface.
