- UNIQUE COMPACT GRAIN - Abrasive grain is bonded together in a compacted granule containing a large number of individual abrasive grains.
- SELF-SHARPENING GRAIN - Granules wear down over time to expose sharp new edges.
- 3 TO 10 TIMES LONGER LIFE - Compact grain granules provide substantially increased grinding service life - up to 10 times the life depending upon the application.
- FASTER STOCK REMOVAL - Compact grain granules are continuously exposing fresh, sharp cutting edges to provide increased cutting efficiency and speed.
- UNIFORM FINISH - Conventional abrasives start out cutting rougher, then quickly over time become smooth - this gives finish inconsistencies. Coral cut maintains a uniform finish over a much longer period of time.
- CONSISTENT STOCK REMOVAL - Conventional abrasive initially cuts fast, then slower and slower as the grain wear. As Coral-Cut grain granules slowly wear, more new, sharp abrasive is exposed to provide a consistent grinding rate.
