Product Details

  • EXTREME PERFORMANCE - Proprietary ceramic matrix abrasive grain provides exceptional service life; outperforming other high performance ceramic flap discs.
  • TYPE "R" MOUNT - Provides fast and reliable "1/2 turn-on, 1/2 turn-off" attachment of mini flap discs.
  • AGGRESSIVE GRINDING - Lay-flat horizontal flaps combined with an extremely rigid backing plate give aggressive grinding plus the service life of a jumbo-sized flap disc.
  • HIGH SURFACE AREA DESIGN - The horizontal flap configuration provides the same abrasive surface area as a conventional jumbo (extra thick) flap disc, providing long service life.
  • SUPERIOR PRODUCTIVITY - Higher grinding rate offers up to 33% more productivity than other ceramic grinding discs, providing faster work completion and decreased user fatigue.
  • HIGH CUT RATE - Offers superior performance on tough alloys including Stainless Steel, Cobalt, Inconel, Titanium Alloys and Super-Alloys.
  • CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE - Self-sharpening high performance ceramic matrix abrasive grain regenerates as it is used, exposing fresh, sharp abrasive grain for consistent performance throughout the life of the disc.
  • COOLER RUNNING - Designed to work with heat sensitive materials and resists leaving scorch/heat marks on grinding substrates.
