- STANDARD DENSITY DISCS - Provides fast, aggressive grinding.
- EXTREMELY LONG LIFE - Lasts up to 25X longer than aluminum oxide resin fiber discs. No repeated stopping to change discs. Layered flaps stay sharp until the disc is totally worn out.
- GRINDS & FINISHES SIMULTANEOUSLY - Use flap discs for both grinding and finishing at the same time. No switching between type 27 grinding discs to resin fiber discs then back again. The cushioning effect of the flaps provides a high removal rate with the fine finish of resin fiber discs.
- FIBERGLASS BACKING - Offers lighterweight, more aggressive stock removal, reduced work surface marring, and lower cost than aluminum backed flap discs.
- CONSISTENT FINISH - Thick layers of Zirconia cloth are angled to suit the natural working angle of a grinder and are conformable so more abrasive contacts the work surface. As the flap layers wear, sharp new abrasive is exposed. Consistent finish throughout the disc’s life.
- ULTRA MAX ABRASIVE - Grinding aid added to Zirconia allows higher performance on stainless steel and tough to grind materials.
