  • STEEL CRIMP SLEEVE - Enables use of ‘Z’ series hose ends with 3TR7 and 3TR18 hoses.
  • QUICK IDENTIFICATION PLATING - Custom blue plating provides corrosion protection and allows for visual indication of proper installation when crimped with a hose fitting.
  • DIRECTIONS - Slide sleeve onto the hose. Slide ‘Z’ series fitting over the sleeve. Crimp assembly by following directions in a crimp specification manual. Visually inspect crimp to ensure blue crimp sleeve is visible below the fitting, and that the crimp diameter falls into the acceptable range.
  • SPECIFICATIONS - Hose assemblies made with ‘Z’ series hose ends and crimp sleeves meet or exceed SAE 100R7 and 100R8 industry standards.
