DEBRIS-FREE CUTS - Unique blade slices hydraulic hose instead of melting and tearing it like a conventional abrasive wheel or toothed saw. Minimal debris inside the hose to damage equipment or in the shop to clean up.
SMOKE-FREE CUTS - No foul-smelling burnt rubber odor as with conventional saws.
POWERFUL SLICING - Special slicing teeth cut through wire reinforced hydraulic hose without binding, creating debris or smoke.
LONG LIFE BLADE - Slicing blades last up to 2x longer than conventional blades.
WEATHERHEAD COMPATIBLE - T1018H is direct replacement for use on 7" Weatherhead hose cutting machines.
110V 7” HYDRAULIC HOSE SAW (T-80H) - Weighs 56 lbs.
Cuts up to 4 wire 1-1/4" hydraulic hose. 1-1/2 horsepower direct drive motor provides maximum power to resist stalling. Retracting blade guard insures safe operation. 2" vacuum port can be connected to a shop vacuum to remove any debris. Quick change pins accurately orient hoses of varying diameter to the cutting blade.
