  • ECONOMICAL PERFORATED LOCKOUT TAGS - The two part lock-out safety tag is made from smooth 13 pt. cardstock paper and is perforated for easy stub removal. Perforated tag is 3 1/8" x 6 1/4" and can be written in with pen, pencil and permanent marker.
