  • Tamper-resistant scissor-style lock-out hasps.
  • High tensile steel construction.
  • Vinyl coated and plated for corrosion protection.
  • Accepts 6 padlocks with up to 3/8" shackle diameter.
  • Allows workers to lock breaker box levers and controls by adding their padlock to the lock-out hasp. Controls remain inoperable until all locks are removed.
  • Protects workers from injury by equipment start-up.
