Our alloy steel split lock washers, made from heat-treated prime alloy steel, are engineered for use with Grade 8 bolts, delivering a minimum tensile strength of 150,000 PSI. For added durability, they are available with an optional ARMOR COAT™, which provides 10 times more corrosion resistance than traditional zinc plated washers, surpassing 1,000-hour salt spray tests.
We also offer zinc alloy steel split lock washers, featuring a zinc yellow finish with hexavalent chromate plating for enhanced corrosion protection, making them ideal for high-strength applications. Additionally, our stainless steel split lock washers, made from 18-8 stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance for harsh environments.
