SOLID CARBIDE CONSTRUCTION - Provides up to 2 times the run speed on high strength alloy steels compared to high speed steel.
4 FLUTE DESIGN - Provides finer surface finish than 2 flute end mills.
VERSATILE - Ideal for maintenance and general purpose milling where fast stock removal is desired.
APPLICATIONS - Recommended for slotting operations, scalloping, and contours.
SELECTION - Select the largest size available for step-over milling. A larger tool will leave smaller scallops, thus giving a smoother result. A smaller ball nose should be used to clean out detailed areas.
