How to Use Hex-Out™

  1. Wear ANSI/OSHA compliant safety glasses.
  2. Hold Hex-Out™ in vertical or horizontal position depending on the application, and drive Hex-Out™ into stripped fastener until it is firmly wedged, created a positive grip.
  3. Grip Hex-Out™ at the base with a wrench and turn out.
  4. If the fastener is frozen, use penetrating oil (80-744 Torq CB) on te fastener and let it "soak" for a couple of minutes.
  5. Place Hex-Out™ in a vise and remove fastener with a punch.
